Australia-wide delivery, made simple.

We pack and send orders as quickly as we can — 1–2 business days.

During launches or busy periods, processing may take an extra day (we're probably juggling kids, coffee in hand).

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on the move.

We process orders 7 days a week, but Australia Post does not collect or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Express Shipping — $15.00
For when you're a little too excited to wait.
1–3 business days via Australia Post

Remote and regional areas may take a little longer depending on Australia Post's routes.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.

If anything looks delayed, you can reach out to Australia Post or send us a message — we're always happy to help where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your address at checkout.

Mistake spotted? Email lilluxe.team@gmail.com straight away.

Once your parcel has shipped, we're unable to change the address and Lil Luxe isn't responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your parcel returns to us, we can resend it — a small postage fee may apply.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

Once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post, it's in their care — but we'll always support you however we can. If tracking shows "delivered" but your parcel is missing, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. If your items arrive damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

International Shipping

For now, Lil Luxe only ships within Australia. International shipping will be added in the future.

Shipping Delays

Weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays can sometimes slow things down. These are outside our control, but we'll always help where we can.
